If we have an all powerful God, than there is no such thing as senseless suffering.
One day, it might all make sense. One day God will not tolerate evil. And one day, He will physically hold us when we need to be held.
David clung to these things, and found the beauty in life to keep him going.
Because Lord, your steadfast love is better than life.
Brian and I just listened to a sermon by driscoll on suffering (on of the 1 Peter trial series). It was real good. Talked about how it doesn’t matter if things are hard here… It JUST life! We get to rejoice
